Great, we can soon expect the A/S to increase, then you all know what is coming.

Paul has no revenue, he needs to pay himself and his employees.

Most people think that they are paid with shares, that may be true to a certain extent but they have to eat. I know for a fact that Paul has no other job so how is he eating and wearing designer suits?

SPooz will never produce any revenue, only XXIS will (maybe)

Since XXIS is not using SWARM, Spooz gets no piece of it.

Even if SWARM is used, SPooz gave away SWARM so what Spooz gets would next to nothing.

Remember when Spooz agreed to give SWARM to 141 for 120 mil shares, 7% profit from SWARM based systems and 1.5 mil.

People said oh since SWARM is so valuable that 120 mil shares has to be put Spooz at 40-50% ownership of 141...NOT. 7% profit from millions of dollars is relly good...NOT. $1.5 mil is still a good amount...huh what money? did someone give anybody any money? Spooz got money? if it did, it is news to me.
