At first GLCC management is seeking to spin-off (sell-off) some of it's operating assets and acquire broader position in the Oil company. What the Oil company gets from this is a great deal of western shareholders which will attract more Chinese investors (I don't believe they're aware of the prospect of this deal LOL). The revenues will grow, the stock will grow too and eventually GLCC will be acquired by MCD company and shareholders get more valued divvys. IMO!
That's the long-term plan IMO, GLTYA!!
