New Module - New Boards/iBox

I won't bother explaining how the rest of the site works, coz most understand it. But I will explain this new feature we added yesterday.

You must be logged in to create a board. You may create a board within ANY category on ANY topic/stock.

The iBox is the box of explanation that is at the top of every thread. New features will be added to this iBox. It will be one of my favorite parts once complete. I'll explain that later.
