I don't know all the legal mumbo jumbo but I think legal said the steps are;
1. file and pay for appeal
2. file brief as to history of case and why the appeal should be granted.
3. the appeal may or may not be granted
4. the case continues as is for now.
So there will be a hearing on the 10th for damages againts RPH. This is all JUST MY LAYMANS OPINION, I have know idea how anything with CSHD really works. Thats why I'm still here with $100,000 of "worthless" (for now) stock.
The only think I could guess would happen would be for RPH to show up with certs for every outstanding share and say to the judge, "I did'nt damage anyone since I own every share, see"

There is no excuse for not being able to identify all the shareholders harmed by this Toxic Financing, from what accounts all the trades where placed from and by whom, when. If consultants or employees where assigned this task, then demote them.
You have access to all the files and transactions that occur everyday in the markets. A simple algorithm could produce the needed reports with the feeds.

As to the Sep 10th Case, I am sure they will continue to play the same ole game they have played so far, why would they stop now!!!

Good Morning
It is good to see Rufus around this morning.
It does look like court is still on.
Personally I doubt Rufus is going, it looks like he will let them play their game.
The brief looks like it is finished, and will soon show up on pacer, that should keep us busy for awhile.
I feel confidant that the appeals court was where Rufus has been headed all along.
I am not going to Atlanta unless Rufus personally ask me to go, if he does I will drop everything and be there.
At this point my focus is on the brief and the level 3 appeals court.
