My understanding about the stuff is the following. They have issued 2 billion in escrow but at the end of june they only held a bit over 1 billion in escrow. Btw, it billion not million.


So I guess it's still very much "open" whether they did put another billion into escrow after june until now. We won't know it before we see the Q3 numbers. So again it comes down to opinions.

Correct me if my view is wrong but it might be right.
