Somatic Systems Inc (SMAS)

How did this slip so much since the reverse merger 2 years ago? I started reading from post #1, it was around .04 back then; but right now its .0002. You can't blame it on lack of recent news because there was lots of it recently. 20x lower at current price (or put another way it will take 2000% to return to that level).

So what lessons can be learned from what got this stock where it is ? Who is to blame or at fault for what happened to the price?
