The 10K also stated we had bonds worth billions, but the expert ("This is what I do and I don;t lose, DUFUS") found out the bonds were worth crap. This is the reason for the case, why does not dufus validate the bonds and the money he claimed we had in the 10k's. You can bring up all this crap that mike was given this and the market did this, the sec did that, but the problem is that dufus claimed to have something and he did not. There is no trust where this money is or even any money to the company. becuase if there was he would have still been able to do business.

Why is he on the run and heck he will not even show up to court anyway, just make some excuse.

If he would have hired a lawyer the first time, then this would have just blown over and maybe the trust with all the bonds and money would have been revealed.
