Glad to see your boss got his CID/Fees/Person of interest filed with the appeals court. Hopefully it was on time ;)

Ask boss whats going to happen on the 10 for the Corporation given the fact that the appeal only has one "appelant" in the case? (Himself not the corp)

Will proceedings move forward against the corp? (I think so but I am not a legal type)

If the proceedings move forward vs the corp and its case closed how long until the stock delists? (How does "boss" see that part playing out?)




**Also let "boss" know that its BAD ettiquette to be HUMMER shopping when his mom is declaring bankruptcy with 24k measley dollars worth of debt (Or at least telling the shareholders about the shopping)**
