thanks for your "over-my-head" info, LOL. If I understand you correctly, this VCXO problem is minor and is relatively easy to adjust for?

I have to believe that IF this problem actually is a current problem SEVU is experiencing that they would also be able to come up with a working solution.

Would you say that the average "EE" would have this knowledge or is this considered to be "higher order thinking" that only a few highly experienced EE's would understand?

BTW, I'm in no way implying that you are average. Just don't know the field.
