Sure, because Budreau's Cajun Roofin' is willing to front the millions that insurance companies hold back until job is complete. The reason national firms do so well during catastrophic loss is their LOC that will allow them to charge a little more to carry the cost out further than locals can afford to. It's the same reason my small partnership engineering firm can compete - until Jerry Jones decides to build the Mother of all stadiums. Then, some megafirm always gets the job.
