Thank you for the response. I will try to make this brief.

1) Management has not given us a reason as to doubt their true intentions, that is having the shareholders interest in mind.

2) Chemical companies do this process of selling others products all the time. Univar is a prime example.

3) I agree penny stocks are risky trades, but these folks are actually one of the few that I feel are on the up and up.
