I agree with you and should them raise it to 100M it would still not be so much for a company doing earnings so fast after have become public .

What make me afraid is I hope they will not continue to sell all these shares when people will be looking to buy more shares if the PR is realy good .

Due that if they use this time to sell shares over we will be no where with our quartely report .

Or yes 0.03c but never the 0.09c or more possible before .
