I am sure JJ wouldn't mind me saying we have been in touch for months and HE IS A SHAREHOLDER. Thats a fact. Disgruntled like the rest of us....oh yeah but holding. Thats why he follows the board as he does, hoping for the best but willing to look at both sides of the issue.

I think this SCAM word is being used to loosely by some. They have or had some contracts which were verified by independent third parties in the past. They have EPA approvals and state approvals in some cases. They are open for business and the list goes on.

However we should realistically discuss the issues pro and con.
Lets see if he pulls off an uplisting with the requisite financial disclosures....shall we?
