the short sellers take more control than the long buyers,,,
because the shorters are selling much faster than
the longs are willing and/or able to keep averaging-down.

The longs can't even buy enough, WHILE THE A/S IS MAXXED OUT.

There is no doubt what will happen when the 200 Billion
Converters are re-started. And, it only takes a tiny R/S ,
and/or a tiny Increase in Authorized Shares, to re-start
the seawas waterfall.

And, BOTH will happen by 19sept2008.
And, neither one will be 'tiny' .

Combined, they will provide the Converters an IMMEDIATE
20 X 'worth' of Brand New Conversion Dilution.
[4X from the A/S Increase TIMES 5X from the 1-for-5 reversi.]

extra, Sincerely.

Meanwhile, we day-trader shorters are always all covered ;
And totally neutral ; by the end of every trading day.
And, just watching + waiting; for any R/S and/or A/S Increase.

Averaging-down is profitable, for shorters, only.
