David Baines an Investigative Reporter recently wrote this article for the Vancouver Sun.

"In many previous columns, I have noted a most distressing dynamic that occurs with many junior companies. It can be summarized as follows:

1 - Company convinces investors it is developing a "holy grail" technology.
2 - Company obtains Government assistance to help fund development costs.
3 - Insiders make big money in salary, bonuses and options.
4 - Technology does not quite live up to promise. Company incurs heavy losses.
5 - Stock price plunges. Investor loses.

GULP! Hope it doesn't sound too familiar.
