Yup ... those expanded and detailed Amended Allegations by the OSC are real eye openers.

For instance, PV kept $10.4 Million from all of the Nominee Accounts.

The PV ... he could spin a good yarn during this SCAM.

The OSC termed it a "Pump and Dump Scheme".
