Update 08-29-08: Our staff has been notified of a few important things have happened regarding IBXG in the past 24 hours. 1)We have been notified that the contract in FLA regarding implementing IT services has been completed and installation has finished well ahead of schedule. Prior news stated billing would not be started until Nov 08, but the company worked at a feverish pace and completed it early. This will help to enhance revenue forecasts for 2008. 2) We have also been made aware of and have confirmed that the partnership with the CA medical staffing company is indeed the company that IBX will be merging with. Finalization is being completed as we speak and national press release's will be made to the public at that time. Revenues between the 2 companies is said to be some $10-12 million for the fiscal year 2009 with possible additional contracts coming on line. 3)Insider buying is taking place before the news hits the national wires and will continue.
