I would imagine a station would be close to CITY CENTRE, the new mega-billion$ Perini construction site between MGM & THE BELLAGIO.
On a recent visit I counted 14 high rise towers going up.
There will be 50,000 resident/visitors at any one time at CITY CENTRE.
