What insider buying?

The "filing" is a little sketchy as to whether it did, might or will happen.

It seems to me that these "filings" are nothing more than press releases and my concern with that is the entire lack of safe harbor statements/disclaimers.

Sent a message off to the SEC asking them what they think about the situation.
