MIAMI BEACH, Fla., May 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Invicta Group Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVGA - News) announces its expansion into South America, Central America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, Africa and India after signing contracts with 7 additional airlines. Invicta has now contracted a total of 9 new carriers. The contracts will be added to Invicta subsidiary Airplan Inc.'s inventory of travel products on behalf of their 10,000 travel agents.
Airplan has recently added: Gulf Air and Emirates, offering the destinations of the Middle East and Africa as well as Australia, New Zealand and India; Alitalia adds additional lift to Rome and all of the major European destinations; Varig and Lan Chile offer new cities in South America; Lan Ecuador and Taca fly to all major Central America cities; and contracts, announced in March 2004, with Tam Brazilian Airlines and Aerolineas Argentinas solidify service to the balance of South America cities, including departures to North America, Europe, Asia and Australasia.

David Scott, COO of Invicta, states: "It's always been our goal to add new airlines servicing worldwide destinations to Airplan; we have added 9 new carriers since March and we will continue to add airlines and travel packages that include hotels and transfers. Management also believes Airplan needs to upgrade its technology with data management and distribution technology: Invicta now brings its proprietary software "on the fly faring" [a search and booking engine] and our new contract with Patheo, an industry leader in data technology."

"We are pleased to provide data management and data distribution technology to Air Plan. This relationship is particularly important to us as we believe in Airplan's potential to become one of the largest airline discount fare selling entities in North America," said Salman Hasan, president and CEO of Patheo. "With the right airline contracts and superior technology, Air plan will become a leader in fare distribution in a very short amount of time."
