Never did give an update on the Trumptini Party. A resounding success. I could only stay for a bit. Heard about 120 people showed up and sampled the tasty T tonic and all the varieties.

Stopped by the local liquor store in this quaint little hamlet. For the volume they do, I was surprised at all the varieties of everything. I had told them before that with a board member living nearby they would definitely be selling some Trump. When I stopped there last week, I saw just 3 bottles left of Trump and no flavors. I told the manager he needed to get things restocked INCLUDING the flavors. At least the grape and the raspberry; my favorites!

So as I said, I popped in tonight to grab a bottle of the grape figuring they had to have it by now. OMG! Nothing there at all. So I trotted over to the manager to give him a piece of you know what.

He said, "I bet you're looking for the Trump and think I didn't order it. Well, I did last Monday and it was here Wednesday. And it's gone! I got a case each of the TSPV, the grape, and the raspberry. They bought it all in the past 3 days. Several others came in here looking for it since. What's the deal? Why so popular all of a sudden?"

I told him it isn't all of a sudden. The word is just finally getting around.

He said, "Well you got me sold on it. I'm calling the dist in the morning and getting 2 cases of each of the flavors and 3 of the plain."

I asked him where he was going to put it?

He said, "I'll take the Three Olives down. It isn't selling for chit."

I didn't mind walking away without my grape.
