reverse split 1:150 2/07= 66mill shares
8/07 pink sheet site 347mill sh
estimate now 500mill sh
seems they are adding shares faster than potential rev growth.

= value of 243k sh enhde @ $5.00= $1.2mill/500mill sh= $.0024per sh for val of enhde;

really need to see audited and restated 10Q's and 10K's to better evaluate ie working capital pos or neg.;debt & preferred shares; expenses & cash burn rate etc

still very interested in this as potential investment, if financials arent further out of range.
