They did the private placement some time ago which no one knew of and now due to the companies success they are selling their stake in the company and the money's made from this increase in valuation is going to be paid out to the shareholders as a cash dividend! That is what the filings say! A complete surprise to everyone on the original PP done which is now proving to be very rewarding for shareholders!
