Mayor Nagin, YOU do understand that evacuations are HIGHLY recommended for your city now, right? YOU do understand that you need to request federal assistance and understand the process, correct? This is act 2 coming up. The first one, you and the governor failed and blamed Bush. We'll never change anyone's mind about that. Now that act 2 is on it's way, if you fail again, I fully expect that President Bush will be left out of the blame game this next go around.

This should be interesting and Kanye is gearing up his speech.
