swvc pics are Not 'dd'. Nor are Paid-for-IR PR's ,,,
nor secret personal eMails, nor personal phone calls ,
that are Totally UNverifiable ; And, just meaningless
'plans' anyway, that never 'come true'. And, the
outside/Insiders[?] who pretended to personally
'receive' them , are long gone. And, Not just from
swvc on iHub. But, everywhere.

However, we shorters do 'tend' to believe the numbers ,
[but Not any of the rhetoric] , in All Officially Filed,
and On-Time stuff, that swvc Had To File with the SEC.

But, most of swvc's latest SEC-Filed stuff is just
'corrections' of previous erroneous Filings. And, the
most recent, include 'warnings' that All other previous
SEC-Filings 'may' have more 'errors'. And, so far,
NONE OF THOSE 'CORRECTED' ERRORS ARE MINOR.

They are All MASSIVE. And, in one case, the COO had to
'take back' one of his personal cash-burners, and the
$2.1 Million of Toxic Debt that he tried to dump with
that 'acquisition' , Directly + Only on swvc common
'share'holders.

We believe that the whole Massively Over-Priced 'acquisition'
of the Family wizeguyz is about to 'unravel' , very soon.
And, when that happens, we believe that WF will be forced
to foreclose.

P.S. ; The swvc plan-man really IS a genius.
And, he re-proves it , much more every week.
And, he's the very best friend of ALL shorters.

Because, he IS, and ONLY IS, also a Shorter.
BECAUSE, HE ONLY EVER SELLS swvc 'SHARES'.
AND, HE NEVER BUYS ANY, EVER.

So, he's actually Even More Personally Profitable Than All
Shorters, COMBINED. While the averaging-down longs keep
paying All of the Profits to the swvc CEO + Brokers + MM's ,
and All of the shorters.

But, that's just S.O.P. for All '~pinkys' , even if they
'File' erroneous stuff with the SEC , that they must keep
'correcting'. Which is just free 'insurance' for shorters.

By the way; Most shorters only play with SEC-Filers.
Because 'things' are much more 'schedulable'. And, if they
ever have to quit 'Filing' , it's 99+% Profits for shorters.
