according to your chart,

2001-2006(5 year span)
high = 70
low = 25

2006 - 2008(2 year span)
high = 150
low = 50

if you are going to pull numbers off the chart...do it correctly.
In our Statistics class, what we call what you did is called biased data you pulled to convince one sided audience.
