Commentary: As we can see trade usage fell significantly after VMC PSL 7. It seems to have stabilized at this lower level in VMC PSL 9. I believe due to poor market conditions that ultimately resulted in lower Trade usage. It will be interesting where the Trade Usage % goes in VMC PSL 10, but if Market conditions remain bad I would expect them to stay around VMC PSL 8 and 9 Levels. Hope this helps.
