SMAS remains "default" for corporation status (instead of active). Also, the outstanding shares listed on their corporation, makes no mention of "retiring shares" or other changes about the share structure since June 2007 . No doubt this company is hitting the P.R. routes fast and furious. However they don't seem as fast in updating their business filings.

Despite all their high goals, their website design seems really amateur for 2008.

Also, on their website It would be nice to read more about the classes and (I think somewhere it said its 12,000$) practitioner training than what I found on their website.

Is Obsolete. Paper work has been filed and should be updated sometime next week as per Phone conversation with Steve.

Why does Somatic Systems corporation listing have a "default" status instead of "active"? Why didn't they pay their $2575 plus late fee to nevada to keep "active" business status? Its more than 4 months late.
