I agree, ITM and PE have mutual synergies
ITM have the simple low cost design and proven reliability
as well as a massive cost advantage
PE have the marketing knowledge and contacts in the US market to challenge Hydrogenics
The demerger enables PE to think the unthinkable and team with
ITM for the US electrolyzer market
