The implication is that Cutler wanted to work with someone for
a 64-bit x86 and that Intel declined and AMD signed on. Intel
could have been in the driver's seat with a different choice.

If i'm not mistaken. AMD started on the Hammer a while before Mr. Cutler joined MS.
