hi everyone!!! been holding a somewhat big position 500k for about 7 weeks or so.

never posted but read board as time allowed. thanks for all of the DD it has been a great source of confidence.

From my DD Baron has a large client base. They have everything another large company would want in a buyout/takeover effort.

IMO BIH Corp was on the verge of being taken over rather than being bought out before they (BIH) announced their own share buyback.
With that said, I think the company buying Baron now is in pretty deep in this deal if you factor in the money they have spent on shares, due diligence and lawyers/accountants fees, and their earnest money deposit for them to pull out now.

It is all a waiting game.
