Just a question regarding the 'blatant manipulation' of this stock?

Why hasn't there been any issue with today's activity?

A single buy of 1000 shares that moves the pps up by THIRTY-THREE PERCENT. A single buy of FORTY CENTS.

I'm amazed that those who worry about such things are not up in arms.
