Nobody reads all that stuff in 10Q's & K's anyway, and doing it every quarter is a big burden for the small uncreditworthy companies which are the turbines in the engine-room of the nation's prosperity.

Surely company PR's are good enough?

Totally OT: I seem to recall you're an art historian when you're not working as a paid basher for DTCC and the SEC. I've had to cancel going to NY next month & so I'm not going to get to see Byzantium: Faith & Power at the Met, darn darn darn. So somebody sent me the exhibition book as a consolation - just amazing. Have you seen it & is it as brilliant as it looks?
