The tie-in lines I recall were about 4 miles of pipe, plus disposal wells. This takes time, regardless what is the norm for a crew of fitters/welders, given the conditions on site. We should hear about pressure tests on a few of the lines in the near term. Recall how long the main line took to install and test.
Note also that there is a known shortage of pipe for lines and well casings. This could be impacting the time schedule too.
