Who are those 100 million Americans that Obama claims McCain is not offering any tax relief to?

All you have to do is noodle out who actually pays taxes and then you find out that 100 million that Obama is referring to pay little to no taxes.

So, how in the hell is anyone going to provide tax relief to people who don't even pay taxes? Relief from what? Unless you're talking about just giving them cash from the registry.
