I have quite a bit of concern regarding this UCC filing. It seems that there is more *knowledge* of this situation by *some* that was NEVER publicized, and is quite material.
What is the SEC's stance on such information?
If in fact the company is disseminating certain information to certain people and not publicly (remember, the VAST majority of people don't call a company daily for updates), I would think that Mr. Hunsaker has some explaining to do.
I also think that there needs to be some explaining as to the Hunsaker who works for ALPS, and if his employment creates a conflict of interest issue of sorts, or at the very least an ethical one. Not that ethics has been their strongsuit anyway, IMO.
