etrade doesnt update its otc's very often, the info listed on etrade could be as old as 2-3 years back for an otc.

Pinksheets will give you a nearer picture but even that info will be based on whats known.

in the case mentioned, niether of those numbers is accurate from pinksheets.com the EMC is based on old O/S #'s combined with current stock prices.

We currently dont know the actual O/S

For future referance to you, if your platform is Etrade and your trading OTC, i would recomend you start your DD at pinksheets and move out from there to the current filings, you will get a better idea of EMC and OS.
