DNAPrint Genomics is obviously a legitimate company, with real products, real distributors, real intellectual property, real assets (including Biofrontera shares,) and real notable achievements -- even a Forensic Files episode showcasing their technology, and its success ("Good as Gold" episode.) Not to mention, they do hard work, with talent, and are very persistent, including in the face of adversity, showing an obvious energy in forming new partnerships, etc.

The press consistentently calls their techologies "cutting edge," because they have earned that label. They have achieved and maintained that level of technical superiority.

I am not convinced, at all, that DNAPrint Genomics was ever a "scam" or engaged in any illegal practices, whatsoever. They don't fit the pattern of a scam company.
