Your RIGHT! Scottrade is calling me back, after he speaks with their supervisor but ultimately he said the restriction looks like they dont have enough shares in the scottrade brokerage to sell to retail customers! I asked him if that meant the shares out there would be more valuable hence a considerable jump in pps., and he said that would make sense, but he wasnt able to put in a GTC order that I requested at .025. So, I'll keep everyone updated, when he calls me back. This could get very interesting.
