All my posts regarding Colonial have always stated the same thing, they need permission to release the share structure info, My Bro's wife out in Arizona, whos name his shares are in has been emailing the Company and Colonial for the past 15-18 months for just the O/S, she even gave them their first/last name, address and how many shares they own for verification to prove they are a shareholder, and to this day all they have recieved is email from Colonial stating that they are STILL waiting for MLXO to grant them PERMISSION to email them the info, she has prob 15-20 emails and still no O/S. Almost a year and a half? Come-on man, stop giving me crap, thats Total BS for MLXO (Tom) to treat shareholders like that. My Bro used his Business Credit Card to buy his stock back in July/Aug 2006 when the deal with XNL was supposed to happen and we were just waiting for the CEO of XNL to return from France to sign the deal. His average is .065-.067 and I have been assuring them it will go back up when MLXO gets this 5 Mil Grant from NY State, what the hell am I going to tell them now?????????????????????????????????? Their already scared shitless because their 12G's is worth $3-400 BUX.
