As I posted on UPD board This is not a personal thing! it is business. They do not have to care about you or I personally. The only thing that matters is making a profit with the company, wich I beleive they are on track to do. When they start making a profit, you, I and everybody other investor will be happy. My guess is that Jack is very busy with the job of trying to answer all the emails and phone calls with every investor trying to get their personal questions answered.
