Your welcome when I emailed Jack it was a week ago, I didn't post the info because it seems that alot of people here think that the instalation of these connecting lines is nothing more than digging a trench and throwing pipe in it and covering it up. When it rains you can't expect thing to go at a fast pace. Also my guess is that there is 1 crew working on these lines, maybe two. Trenching, welding of pipe, testing for leaks, inspections, back filling takes dry soil not mud & pumping water out of trenches when it rains. IT TAKES TIME.
