Nil, as I look over the Germany trading history,
looks like previous trade happened on 8/26/08 for 36,000 shares traded @ .03, which appears to be between the present:
Bid: 0.0110/Ask: 0.0610. Guess that makes it a Tweener.

About a month ago or so, 7/25/08 with 600 shares trading at .03 which looked like a "sell DOWN" from the previous day 7/24/08 for 30,000 at .06 which looked like it was a "buy UP" from the previous trade of .03.
So I guess that would make the latest 216,000 shares also a "sell DOWN" at .026 w/H/L at .026 which is down from previous .03.
Keeping in mind though on 7/7/08 we were trading at .07 with 100,000 shares traded which was "buy UP" from previous trade.
