I was thinking about how easy it would be for UVSE to get additional financing to pay off the CD holders based on their recent performance. With only $5.9M owed to them, I would think they could approach any major lending institution with their financials in hand and get that amount on the spot.

I mean really how hard can it be to get a $5.9M loan when you just cleared 3.5M in the last three months? I think there are some suprises regarding the retirement of debt coming up and quite a few scenarios are running through my head. The company's financial strength is so different now.

I for one would love to see the announcement that NONE of the authorized voted on will be needed at this time to satisfy CD holders...would be the run of the year imo and COULD happen.
