Coolwhip From what I have heard when all shares are accountant for they have to. They don't have a choice. That is all shares that means if there are some shares out there that should not be out there they are in deep trouble.. That will mean that Twin will not be the only one with a law suit it might be the Company as well haha... imo that is what I think. I know Overstock.com had to take out a law suit because of nakes shortting.. also.
