Why wouldnt you want to tell us who your broker is? Thats probably one of the top 10 questions asked here and would help by being able to get that info. We have tallies and such with dealings with brokers and they usually fit pretty well with the same jargon and policies. But I realize some people are afraid of hackers and such so thats fine.

Usually Penson is the broker who does the non transferable securities(this just means its a dormant shell pretty much that doesnt trade that much per what penson told me on several occasions). But looks like national is following suit with this policy.


Or it could mean that the transfer records were lost. Ive heard of a shell or two before with that issue. The merging co wanted to do a RS but they couldnt without the detailed list of the shareholders for some reason. Well a chinese company came in and said screw it we wont do the RS and they were able to merge in completely with no RS. So that may be the issue here.


So this may be good for IMCX. Maybe a RS will not happen. Just a theory though.
