myDDdotcom here is your answer stright from Ken.

No. Sorry, this was the first time we have ever announced a buy back. We'll start on Monday and will be buying in $5K increments probably bi-weekly. We'll continue in that mode until we either buy back 50 million shares or use all the proceeds coming from the loan repayment. We never really considered a buy back since we thought we would never have a problem with too many shares in the float. Incidentally, this is not always the best use of funds. In this case, I think it is.
