You make a lot of valid points that are true in this market...This deal has some stigma to it no need to dig it up...Hoepfully they will step to the plate answer the hard questions tkae the lashing from the investors and move forward with the mom and pop as you put or anything else that can be added to add value to the PPS....Time will tell and the sands of glass are running out...
