Without the Javelin/Peacock/Traveller team running the dilution show ... Aero may well go into Chapter 11.
Its the chapter in Red in the big bold red print.

Snowball getting bigger every day ... except this snowball has Traveller and Peacock and maybe even Hunsaker in tow.
The SEC has charged Traveller ... they will be looking into other deals Shane was involved with ... a few complaints and Aero is on the scope.
