Of coarse they will panic if the deal does not happen. This thing will go back below .01 the same hour that news came out. You are silly not to think that will happen. Per your own statement and reason...spng should be way above .042. Should be's and could be's are a waste of time with all stocks. Why do you think oil shot up. Speculation! Get with the program. No deal = reverse split if the deal does not happen. imo
